Hi everyone.
We will be celebrating Bike to Work Day tomorrow (Friday, May 15) by offering any drink on our menu for $1 to anyone with proof of their two-wheeled transport (helmet, gloves, sweat, pointing at your bike locked up outside). Check out the League of American Cyclists while you are at it.
Also, Mayor Fenty reportedly paid a visit to Eastern Market to check out the progress. Early word is that there will be a ribbon cutting Friday, June 26 to reopen historic Eastern Market. There will be a reception that weekend as well. Details to come.
